How much does TutorCruncher cost, and is SmartCookie cheaper?

For one teacher, yes. SmartCookie costs €19 a month, or €15.20 billed yearly. TutorCruncher starts at €28 a month plus 1% of client payments on Pay as you go, or €65 plus 0.65% on Startup, and Enterprise starts at €220 a month. That percentage also applies to lessons paid outside the platform. Example: if your students pay you €2,000 a month online, TutorCruncher Pay as you go costs €28 plus €20, so €48, and SmartCookie costs €19 plus €12 (0.6%), so €31, with Stripe's fee on top in both. For a team of 5, SmartCookie costs €91 a month. TutorCruncher's fee doesn't grow per tutor, so with many tutors it can cost less. Both exclude tax.

Can I bring my students over from another tool?

Yes. You can import your student list from a CSV, which Google Sheets, Excel or any spreadsheet app can save. No adding them one by one, no starting from scratch.
