Is SmartCookie cheaper than Calendly?

No. Calendly has a free plan with one event type and Standard costs €12 a month. SmartCookie costs €19 a month for one teacher, or €15.20 billed yearly, and adds attendance, lesson notes and a student portal, which Calendly does not have.

Does the calendar sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, and connecting it is very simple: link your account in a couple of clicks and your SmartCookie lessons show up in your Google Calendar.

Can I bring my students over from another tool?

Yes. You can import your student list from a CSV, which Google Sheets, Excel or any spreadsheet app can save. No adding them one by one, no starting from scratch.

Do you take a cut of what I charge?

Only when your student pays online: SmartCookie keeps 0.6% of that payment. Stripe charges its processing fee separately, and that money goes to Stripe, not to us. If your student pays you by bank transfer, Bizum or cash, you mark the payment request as paid and we take nothing.
