How does the student booking link actually work?

You set your availability once and share your link anywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, your website... When someone opens it, they only see the hours you have free, pick one and confirm. The booking lands on your calendar instantly and they get a confirmation.

Can lessons only be booked within the hours I mark as available?

Yes. SmartCookie cross-checks the availability you have set against the lessons already on your calendar and only shows your real free slots. Nobody can slip into an hour you have not opened or one that is already taken and, of course, everything updates automatically so you stay on top of it at a glance.

Do new bookings show up on my calendar automatically?

Yes. Every confirmed booking goes straight onto your SmartCookie calendar with the student's details attached, without you having to write anything down.

Can I stop last-minute bookings?

Yes. You can set a minimum notice period, so nobody can book with less warning than you decide. The settings are yours and you can change them whenever you want.

Is an account needed to book a session?

No, nobody needs to create an account. Your link shows your classes and each one behaves the way you set it up: in private classes, only your registered students can book, identifying themselves with their email; in open sessions, anyone can book without you adding them first. You stay in control of who joins each class without forcing anyone to sign up.
