Your teaching team, finally in order

SmartCookie Teams is the version of SmartCookie for language teacher teams and academies. Each teacher gets their own account and sees only their courses, the whole team shares one calendar, and you see payments and hours per teacher in one place. It replaces the WhatsApp group and the spreadsheet nobody updates.

Yes. It works the same for a language academy as for a group of teachers who teach together. You pay per teacher, from 15 € a month and never per student, and you can add your academy's name and logo.

You pay per teacher, every month: 19 € for each of the first 3 teachers, 17 € from the 4th to the 15th, and 15 € from the 16th on. Paying yearly takes 20% off every teacher. You count as a teacher too. VAT is not included.

No. The coordinator's plan covers the whole team. Teachers join for free with their own account.

Yes. You get 14 days free to set up your courses, students and calendar. To invite teachers you need an active plan, and each new teacher is only charged for the days left until your next renewal.

Only the courses you assign them, with their students and sessions. They can take attendance, write notes and move or cancel their sessions. They don't see payments, settings or other teachers' students.

You choose who takes over. Their courses, students, sessions and payment requests move to that teacher in one step, and the Google Calendar events move with them. The teacher who leaves keeps their SmartCookie account.

Yes. They join with the same account and switch between your team and their own space from the menu.
