How much does Teachworks cost, and is SmartCookie cheaper?

It depends on how many lessons you give and how many teachers you have. Teachworks Starter costs $16.49 a month plus $0.32 per student lesson, in US dollars: with 60 student lessons, that's $35.69 a month. With 120 it's $54.89, and with 200, $80.49. SmartCookie costs €19 a month for one teacher, or €15.20 billed yearly, however many lessons you give. For teams, Teachworks includes unlimited teachers on every plan, while SmartCookie Teams costs €91 a month for 5 teachers. With many teachers and few lessons, Teachworks can cost less. It has no yearly discount, and two-way Google Calendar sync and SMS reminders cost extra.

Can I bring my students over from another tool?

Yes. You can import your student list from a CSV, which Google Sheets, Excel or any spreadsheet app can save. No adding them one by one, no starting from scratch.
